REFUND POLICY

At Murda Minks, we aim to satisfy our customers by providing high quality products. We truly hope that when you receive your order, that you’re 100% satisfied.

In order to maintain sanitary practices and to avoid causing any health issues to our customers, lashes are not eligible for a refund / exchange. 

All products go through a three stage inspection phase inspection process before leaving our warehouse for quality assurance. If a product(s) you received is defective or damaged , you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must include your order number, first and last name and photo that clearly shows the damage to your product. The product(s) must not be worn or altered in anyway and must be in the original packaging that you received it in to quality for a refund/exhange. If the product is in stock you will receive an exchange, otherwise a refund to the original payment method. 

All sale items are final sale, this includes products that are marked down in price and products that were sold using a promotional code.

 

REFUND / EXCHANGE PROCESS

Please ensure that you have throughly read through our policies to ensure that you qualify for a refund / exchange. Once you have confirmed your eligibility, please send us a email at murdaminkslashco@gmail.com ! Please ensure to include your order number on the subject line. To confirm your identity, your first and last name will need to be provided as well as your concern in the email. By providing the required information, this will speed the process up so we can help solve the issue in a timely manner. 

REFUND / EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

Once we have received your order, your refund/exchange will be processed within 1-3 business days. If you are returning a product, you will be notified as soon as your refund has been processed. If an exchange is being made, you will be notified when your order is being shipped out or ready for local pickup. Please note that there may be a hold on your refund depending on your finanacial institution but we work very hard to get it you as fast as possible.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
