SHIPPING

Please note that all orders take 1 - 3 business days to be processed and shipped out ! You will receive tracking information to follow the route of your order until it gets delivered to your doorstep ! Please give the tracking number a few hours before movement is shown.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

( 3-5 Business Days )

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED FROM MONDAY - FRIDAY. 

Our warehouse will be closed on all Ontario statutory holidays. Please note, shipping will resume the next business day. We recommend placing your orders a week early to avoid delays during holiday season.

DELAYS / LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES 

Murda Minks is no longer responsible for your order after it has been shipped. Please note that any delays in delivery are beyond our control and we recommend that you contact the delivery courier to find out more information regarding your package. If your parcel gets lost/stolen in transit, we urge you to contact the courier as soon as possible to file a claim.

REFUSED PACKAGE 

In case of a refused package , or the delivery courier couldn’t get a hold of you after x amount of attempts, the parcel will be returned back to the warehouse. 

ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Upon receiving your package, we will be contacting you immediately to notify you and to figure out the next step. 

Your options include;

1. Ship - Pay another fee to have the package remailed to your address / P.O. Box.
2. Local Pickup - Instead of paying another shipping fee , you could pick it up from our warehouse located in Toronto , ON.
